- provide employers operating in NSW with the 'know how' to pay and claim Workers Compensation wage payments with accuracy and efficiency, on claims accepted under their NSW Workers Compensation policy
- aim to bridge this gap between employers operating in NSW and Scheme Agents (Insurers) contracted to WorkCover, by committing to a unique educational approach
- understand the complexity of the law and can assist NSW employers by simplifying it's content and associated processes
- will help you with receiving your wage reimbursement payment/s within a maximum period of 15 business days.
Our key point of difference: FYI&I is not a NSW Scheme Agent, Insurer or Broker
With FYI&I, our customers:
- will not be placed on hold
- will not be transferred to 2 or more different professionals
- will not be given 2 different answers
- will not be serviced by a Trainee
The Managing Director will communicate with you and travel to you, to not only provide you with answers but equally as important, Karen will also make the time to share with you; why and how.
FYI&I does not act in place of, or seek to replace the broad, multiple functions administered and managed by your NSW Workers Compensation Scheme Agent/Insurer or Broker.
